You can drive fast in all maps, by holding break half way down, there you go 150 MPH, not that difficult.

Try using this technique in a downhill on quarry or in the glitch on mayan where you appear to do drive through wall. In a downhill, my highest speed was 164 mph and with the glitch on mayan I've reached 156 mph.

Have not tried to get top speed as high as you scarz. Nice one. But I can get 151mph on flat ground normally in area rail run.
