Car on Fire

Car on Fire...
It's possible to have a vehicle on fire, it happens after being killed, if the internet connection is bad or if pull cable is done at death, then when the car respawn it will become a vehicle that sound strange and it will be smoking as though it was on fire.
The player that has his vehicle on fire can't kill anyone and is hard to kill the "fire vehicle", but it can be done, it's just to kill as though it was a friendly fire battle.
