Mix Vehicle Glitch...
There is a glitch in HOA that makes it possible to change the limitation of vehicles, example there is a limitation of tanks in the game, a player changes it to jeeps while in the game, all are tanks except he who changed the limitation of tanks to jeeps, he have a jeep while everyone else have a tank.
