I think a troublemaker is a player that intimidate other players in these ways:

1. I am better than you attitude, you are not worthy to play HOA mindset.

2. Trying to step down other players.

3. Creates a chaotic environment.

4. Causes other players not to want to play HOA often.

5. Brings confusion because of purposely lying.
